This one had a lot going on. The home was sporting an aging metal roof that had seen better days, outdated tan lap siding, and no real outdoor living space to speak of. The whole exterior just felt tired. So we came in and tackled it all at once - roof, siding, trim, gutters, and a brand new pool hangout spot out back.

We started with the roof. The old metal panels came off and we replaced everything with Malarkey Highlander shingles in Brilliant Black. Malarkey is one of the better shingle lines out there - built tough, looks sharp, and holds up well over time. From the drone shots, you can really see how clean and consistent the coverage is across the entire roofline, including the front entry section. No shortcuts on the details either - black fascia and soffit tie the whole roofline together.

Then came the siding. We pulled the old stuff off down to the sheathing, wrapped the entire exterior in Norandex weather-resistant barrier, and installed bright white board and batten. That wrap step is something we never skip - it's what protects the structure from moisture before the siding ever goes on. The finished product speaks for itself. White board and batten with black trim, black gutters, and black columns on the front porch. It's a totally different house.

Out back, we built a covered deck and pool area from scratch. Pressure-treated lumber throughout, a wraparound deck leading up to the above-ground pool, and a covered bar area with a metal roof - perfect for sitting outside without being in the direct sun. It's the kind of space that actually gets used.

Projects like this are what we do best. When a homeowner wants to take care of everything at once - roofing, siding, and outdoor living - we can handle all of it under one roof. No juggling multiple contractors, no coordination headaches. Just one team that knows what they're doing from start to finish.
